Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • In original condition and packaging
  • Include all accessories and documentation
  • Have original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Personal care items
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Digital downloads
  • Gift cards

How to Return Items

Email returns@clearskyshop.com or call 1-800-CLEARSKY to initiate your return.

Get Return Label

We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Pack & Ship

Pack items securely in original packaging and attach the return label.

Get Refunded

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or model:

  1. Return the original item following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the item you want
  3. We'll process your refund once we receive the returned item

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at:
